Canyons

Bryce Canyon contains many fantastic and unique rock formations like the famous hoodoos, which are pillars of rock that have been eroded by freeze thaw weathering into bobblely pillars. there are also arches and traditional canyons there as well as amphitheatre like canyons.

The Grand Canyon is probably the most famous canyon in the world and is one of the seven wonders of the world although it cannot be classified as the worlds biggest canyon it can be as the the canyon with the largest surface area.

Colorado National Monument

Canyon Lands National Park has a huge Varity of rock formations including arches, domes, canyons and hoodoo like structures but without the bobblely bits. It also has the remains of Ancestral Pueblo villages and cave paintings.
